Melody Carroll founded this important organization after she moved to Bella Vista and realized our community is filled with homeless, abandoned, and abused pets. She provides temporary housing including food, water, and love; as well as full vet coverage. She has rescued so many and there are many more to be rescued. With your help, she can find the perfect home for each and every one of these gorgeous cats.
